Our Technician has an Associates  Degree in Electronics Technology and has worked in the industry for over 20 years. He has been a Product Inspection Metal Detector and X-Ray Tech for 10 of those years. He is familiar with all of the major qualifying agencies and can  provide guidance and suggestions to ensure your line is funtional at all times. He can also provide suggestions,  documentation, training and infomation you need to pass an outside audit with no problems! 

Many Metal Detector companies do not employ technicians; they utilize their Sales Force instead. Others that do offer Field Support often instruct their techs to never touch a piece of equipment that is not made by them. They are also often instructed to not touch other machinery on the line. Metal Detectors are prone to environmental issues and noise and therefore being able to understand and troubleshoot other equipment in the facillity is an absolute necessity! We will always work with you to find and eliminate the root cause of any issue.

John has had opportunity to get training and/or exposure on almost every brand of Metal Detector and X-Ray Machine. For Certifications, a customized form is provided catered to the brand and model being Certified. Theres no need to bring in multiple techs becasue you have multiple brands. We also have technical support across the US should we need assistance with a brand lesser known by us.
